Our Mission
We’re building sustainable homes that contribute to creating living spaces where life is good.
Our innovative practices perfectly balance superior quality and sustainability, limiting the environmental footprint of our homes.
These best practices also emphasize durability. We’re meeting the needs of today’s families while anticipating the expectations of future generations.
The Groupe TRÉMÄ Story: Building with passion and commitment
Since childhood, Philippe Marsan has had a natural affinity for construction. Growing up on family work sites, he observed, learned, and developed the passion and fascination that led him to forge his own path in the industry.
In 1996, Philippe founded CIM Signature, a company specialized in designed and building completely personalized homes. His approach was based on a deep belief that people should be at the heart of every project. Driven by this value and motivated by a desire to deliver high-quality projects, he gained the trust of his peers and built a solid reputation in construction.
For over 15 years, in tandem with his business activities, Philippe Marsan has contributed to the evolution of his industry. He has participated in collective reflections on challenges and best practices, and chairs the board of directors of the Association des professionnels de la construction et de l’habitation du Québec (APCHQ). These efforts, driven by rigor, commitment, and a willingness to listen, demonstrate Philippe’s sincere desire to advance his field.
A new chapter for Philippe began in 2019 with the establishment of Groupe Trémä. The company continues its focus on sustainable, quality construction that centres people. Each of our numerous residential projects has helped shape our company’s identity and reputation.
Today, Philippe Marsan continues the adventure with the same passion, surrounded by a committed team that shares his vision. As our story unfolds, our mission remains unchanged: to build living spaces where life is good.
