Townhouses at Quartier Metta in Sainte-Dorothée are available in three configurations: the left-corner model, the right-corner model and the center model. Each home is completely self-contained, with a concrete dividing wall for superior soundproofing.
Corner models (left and right) offer 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, powder room, walk-in pantry, fully finished basement and mezzanine. The center model offers 3 or 4 bedrooms, 1 to 3 bathrooms, powder room, walk-in pantry and finished basement.

How long do construction and delivery take?
Construction time generally varies between 4 and 10 months from the date the contract is signed, depending on the model and options you choose. However, the time frame can go down significantly depending on the type of unit that interests you. For example, we usually have townhouses available in buildings where construction is already underway. These have a much shorter lead time.

Are there condo fees or management fees?
It depends on the type of home you choose.
For our row houses, there are no condo fees or management fees.
For townhouses, there is a co-ownership board. Fees are nominal (approximately $150/month). They cover the following for common areas:
