A story of passion and determination
Philippe Marsan has had a natural affinity for construction since he was a child. Growing up in the family business, he spent time on job sites observing, learning, and nurturing a passion for the field. This fascination would eventually lead him to forge his own path into the industry.
In 1996, he founded CIM Signature, a company specialized in designing and building completely customized homes. The company’s approach was based on his deep belief in putting people at the heart of every project. Driven by this value as well as a desire to consistently deliver high-quality projects, he gained the confidence of his peers and built a solid reputation in the construction sector.
Committed to the industry
Alongside his own business, Philippe Marsan has participated in his industry’s growth for over 15 years. As Chair of the Board of Directors of the Association des professionnels de la construction et de l'habitation du Québec (APCHQ), he contributed to the collective discourse on the sector’s practices and challenges. This role, which he fulfilled with care, rigour, and commitment, demonstrates his desire to move the industry forward.
Groupe TRÉMÄ: New vision, same values
In 2019, Philippe Marsan began a new chapter by establishing Groupe TRÉMÄ. The company aligns with his continued commitment to durable, high-quality construction projects that put people first. Groupe TRÉMÄ has since launched numerous residential projects that have shaped the company’s identity and reputation.
Today, Philippe Marsan pursues his original adventure with the same passion, supported by an engaged team that shares his vision.
