A story of passion and determination
From an early age, Philippe Marsan developed a natural affinity with the construction industry. Growing up on the family's construction sites, he observed, learned and developed a passion for the trade. This fascination led him to forge his own path in the industry.
In 1996, he founded CIM Signature, a company specializing in the design and construction of fully customized homes. His approach is based on a deep-seated conviction: putting people at the heart of every project. Buoyed by this value and driven by a constant concern to deliver high-quality projects, he gradually earned the trust of his peers and forged a solid reputation in the construction industry.
A commitment to the industry
In addition to his professional activities, Philippe Marsan has been involved in the development of his industry for over 15 years. In particular, he has chaired the Board of Directors of the Association des professionnels de la construction et de l'habitation du Québec (APCHQ), contributing to collective reflection on issues and practices in the field. This mandate, driven by listening, rigor and commitment, testifies to his sincere desire to advance his field.
TRÉMÄ Group: a new vision, the same values
In 2019, Philippe Marsan begins a new chapter with the creation of Groupe TRÉMÄ. The company is a continuation of his commitment to humane, sustainable, quality construction. Since then, numerous residential projects have seen the light of day, shaping the identity and reputation of Groupe TRÉMÄ.
Today, Philippe Marsan pursues this adventure with the same passion, surrounded by a committed team who share his vision.
